SENIOR AIR CONDITIONING DESIGNER
Brunei Darussalam


Responsibilities:

Design and drafting of air conditioning and ventilation systems for buildings
Perform cooling load calculation and analysis using Carrier E-20II software
Perform duct and piping sizing, including correct sizing and selection of grilles and diffusers
Assist engineer on quantities taking off and prepare technical schedules for tender purpose
To coordinate design with architects and other designers
To keep himself updated on latest relevant standards and codes
Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or posses minimum 10 years relevant experience
Candidates must well versed with latest Autocad versions
Must prove and show track record of projects handled from design to implementation stage
Minimum 5 years working experience preferably in M&E consultancy firm
Candidates with no academic qualification but with minimum 10 years relevant experience will also be considered
Independent and hardworking
Familiar with Air Conditioning Services Design
Ability to start work immediately will be added advantage
Other Requirement/Skill
 Knowledge of Autocad 2000 and Carrier E20 heat load calculation software
Required Language English
Must possess valid driving licence
Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam
Remuneration:

Successful candidate will be offered remuneration which includes:

Presently there is no income tax in Brunei.
