Beca, an international engineering consultancy, is looking for Senior Mechanical / Piping Design Engineer for its Heavy Industrial projects.

SENIOR MECHANICAL/PIPING DESIGN ENGINEER (Industrial)

Role descriptions:

Able to provide the design schedule and required design time to PDM prior starting the design and maintaining the progress of design;
Able to provide design solution and alternative relating to the mechanical design work activities;
Able to build the communication with other colleague in Beca in term of design consultation and integration;
Able to do the design check and verification, making and leading discussion with the client subject to the design requirement;
Able to assist Project Design Manager to provide technical advice to the client during the design process;
Able to lead and direct the young design engineer under his / her team;
Taking care about the quality of design and deliverables.


Role requirements:

University S1 Graduate in major of Mechanical/ Piping Engineering;
Minimum has min 10 years experiences in Mechanical/ Piping Services design work for the Industrial Project
Must be familiar with Mechanical/ Piping design codes locally and internationally                                                  
Has strong knowledge in the Mechanical/ Piping engineering practices
Has good English skill both in written and conversation
Available to be relocated to site for duration of the project
Has good inter personal skill
Holding SKA and SIPTB (SIBP) will be an advantage
